Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipment.

5.4 Acceptance of Delivery

By accepting delivery of products, you acknowledge receipt and accept responsibility for proper storage. Products must be transferred to freezer storage immediately upon receipt to maintain quality and food safety.

5.5 Failed Delivery

If you are unavailable to receive delivery and the package is returned to the carrier or left unattended for an extended period, we are not responsible for product quality degradation. Please track your order and arrange to be available for delivery.

Never touch dry ice with bare hands, ensure proper ventilation, and allow dry ice to sublimate in a safe area.
