Important Delivery Information

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day

Business Days

• Our business days are Monday through Friday. 
• We do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) that means any order submitted Friday after 1 pm will be shipped on Monday for next 2-3 business days.
• National holidays are not counted as business days

Standard Delivery

Typically, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days from the ship date. For example, if you place an order on Monday before 1 pm, it will arrive to you by Wednesday/Thursday 

Rushed Orders

For expedited delivery:

• Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM EST
• Delivery timeframe: next day or second day depending on your destination
• Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location

Please remember to exclude weekends and national holidays when calculating delivery timeframes.
